Blueberry dessert
A delicious and quick blueberry dessert is always nice, especially if it’s made with divine homemade vanilla cream and fresh fruits.

Ingredients for 4 persons:
1 packet strudel
15 ounces blueberries (may be frozen)
2 peaches
5 ounces brown cane sugar
5 ounces butter
Oil
muffin baking mould

For vanilla cream:
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp flour or starch
2.5 dl milk
5 ounces brown cane sugar
1 vanilla stick scraped inside
5 ounces butter

Preparation:

Cut the strudels as they unpack the layers into 10x15cm pieces, then grease the recesses of the muffin baking mould with oil and line them by turning the strudel layers.

When pushed into the oven, about 100 ml of water was Fry for 5-6 minutes, giving you small cups to fill with the prepared vanilla cream.

For the vanilla cream, mix 2 egg yolks with 5 dkg of sugar, vanilla and a spoonful of flour or starch, pour over 2,5 dl of milk and cook until thickened.

When thickened, add 5 dkg of butter and mix well, then cool.

Peel the peaches, cut into pieces, turn them in a frying pan, then sprinkle with 2.5 dkg of sugar and let the sugar blush.

We do the same with blueberries.

After everything is cold, we make dessert. Spoon the vanilla cream into the pastry cups, arrange the peach cloves on top and pile the blueberries on top.
